BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Please send your audition material as soon as possible after booking.

• The full casting brief
• Character and project information
• Slate requirements
• Framing or filming instructions
• Your submission deadline
• File-naming or delivery requirements
• Your backing track, if applicable
The more information we have beforehand, the more of your session can be spent working on the performance.

BEFORE BOOKING
• Full payment is required to secure your appointment.
• Contact us before booking if you have an urgent deadline or specific accessibility requirements.
• Please enter the correct email address at checkout, as your confirmation and appointment details will be sent there.
SENDING YOUR MATERIALS
After booking, email all required materials as soon as possible to:

Depending on your service, materials may include backing tracks, song cuts, scripts, casting briefs, reference files and technical instructions. Late or incomplete materials may affect what can be completed during your session.
RESCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival will reduce your available session time.
